Refund policy

Our goal is to make sure all customers are satisfied with their purchase. If you're not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy from the date you receive your item.


Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it (unworn, unused, and in its original packaging).

  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is approved, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package.
Items sent back to us without prior approval will not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. These costs are non-refundable.


Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly.


Cancellations

Changes or cancellations must be made within 24 hours of placing your order.
After this period, the order may already be processed or shipped, and we may not be able to modify or cancel it.

Refunds for approved cancellations will be processed within 10 business days.


Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Personal care goods (e.g., beauty or hygiene products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Shipping and Delivery

Once an order is shipped, ownership and responsibility transfer to the customer.
We are not liable for:

  • Delivery delays, customs holds, or courier issues beyond our control.

  • Lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.

  • Incorrect addresses or failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability.

If a package is returned to the sender due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or unclaimed pickup, the customer is responsible for any reshipping fees or for placing a new order.
Refunds will not be issued for orders returned or destroyed due to delivery failure or customer unavailability.


Refunds

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we’ll notify you about the status of your refund.
If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please note that financial institutions may take additional time to post the refund.
