Order Processing

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days from the date of purchase.
Once shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery status.


Estimated Shipping Times

  • Australia: 10–14 business days

  • New Zealand: 10–14 business days

  • United Kingdom: 10–14 business days

  • United States: 12–19 business days

  • Canada: 12–19 business days

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control, including customs processing, courier delays, or peak shipping periods.


Delivery and Responsibility

Once your order has been shipped, ownership and responsibility for the package transfer to the customer.
We are not liable for:

  • Delays caused by couriers, customs, or external factors.

  • Lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages.

  • Delivery issues arising from incorrect or incomplete addresses.

If a package is marked as delivered by the courier but not received, please contact the courier directly for assistance. We are unable to issue refunds or replacements for orders marked as delivered.


Failed Deliveries and Returns

If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful or the customer is unavailable to receive the parcel, the courier may return it to the sender.

  • Orders returned due to failed delivery, incorrect address, or unclaimed pickup are the customer’s responsibility.

  • Refunds will not be issued for these cases.

  • If the parcel is returned to our supplier and you wish to receive it again, a new order must be placed.


Customs and Duties

International orders may be subject to import taxes or customs fees. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
